How do I request a refund?
To request a refund reply to the payment receipt email you received from us so we can refund the correct payment. Or, just email us on hello@zarla.com if you cannot find it.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of your request. It can take a few more days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
How long do I have to request for a refund?
You have 30 days from the date of the charge to request a full refund.
Do I have to give a reason for requesting a refund?
You do not have to provide any reason for requesting a refund. It would still be great if you could give us a very brief reason so we can use it to improve our service.
